How will my order be acknowledged?
All orders are acknowledged via E-mail, fax, or through our website. Please contact factory immediately if changes are necessary. All changes must be done in writing or via E-mail. Confirmation of the order will follow acknowledgement.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled with authorization from factory before order enters production. If an order has already entered production, additional charges will occur. Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee.
What's the standard production time?
Standard production time is 5 working days for accounts with credit terms or with ready prepayment. Production times are subject to change depending on stock, paper proofing, as well as quantity. Production begins after receipt of order, approved artwork, and approved payment terms. Contact factory for production time on larger quantity orders.
What's the Rush Production time and cost?
Rush Service is available for 3-4 working day turnaround with a minimum $30.00/z or 10% of the order. Production begins after receipt of order, approved artwork, and approved payment terms. Contact factory for production time on larger quantity rush orders.
Is there a setup charge?
$50.00/v for setup of standard orders that require imprinting. Each additional color/location, add $50.00/v plus running charge.
What's the setup charge for repeat orders?
$30.00/v for setup of repeat orders of one color/one location. Each additional color/location, add $30.00/v plus running charge. Please specify the most recent P.O. number and/or STOPNGO Line Sales Order Number, along with a copy of artwork to ensure accuracy. Any changes to artwork are not qualified as a Repeat Order. Artwork is kept on file for 2 years, after which it must be resubmitted.
Do you offer paper or digital proofs?
Paper proofs are provided free of charge. Allow 1-2 working days. Proof is required on all orders. Production begins after receipt of written approval of proof. Digital proof will be sent via E-mail as a PDF File. Factory reserves the right to not provide digital proofs. Please note colors may not represent real imprint results. Proof is to confirm size and imprint location only.
Do you offer pre-production item proofs?
Unit cost plus setup $50.00/z per color. Standard screen or setup charge per color applies for additional colors. Production begins after receipt of written approval of proof. Pre production sample cost may be credited towards order upon approval and production.
What shipping method do you use?
If a carrier is not specified, factory will use best judgment in selecting a best suited carrier to meet deadlines. Factory choice will either be FedEx or UPS.
Do you offer Will Call?
Customer pickup and will call is available in City of Industry, California. Your order will be available for pickup one business day after your specified ship date unless special arrangements are made with the factory. Contact factory to arrange pickup time. Will call hours are between 9:00AM and 5:00PM PST.
